Our jam captures the flavours of the fruits and berries that we see growing around us in the fields and hedgerows on the sun blessed Isle of Wight. When in season we work with local growers in the Arreton valley to produce the ingredients for our Merstone kitchen. The harvest naturally enables us to promote favourites such as Strawberry and Hedgerow.
