We do have a greater range of products available in our shops. If you would like to purchase something that isn’t on our website please feel free to contact your local store and arrange for collection.

Your order might be less than £8. We ask for a minimum spend for deliveries so that we can afford to maintain a free delivery charge for our customers. Not the case? Please contact our head office and speak to one of our friendly members of staff, we will be more than happy to help!
Yes this is very possible! If you would like to place separate orders but have them delivered to one location, please give our head office a call as we can help you order this without the minimum order spend affecting your delivery. Alternatively, you can place one collated order online and separate them into the individual orders on location.

If you would like to change or cancel your order please get in touch with our head office by calling (01983) 566868 the day before delivery.

Not sure if a products is ok for you to eat? We encourage you to call our head office and speak to a friendly member of staff. We are happy to provide information to help you make the best decision. Please note that all of our products are made in an environment that handles wheat, nuts, seeds, milk and egg.
Unfortunately we cannot guarantee that any of our products are gluten free as we handle wheat in our bakery.

All of our bread and rolls are suitable for Vegans except for cheese baps and baguettes. If you would like more information about our products and ingredients please call our head office and our staff will be happy to help!

We aren’t able to issue loyalty points through our website at this point in time. We also cannot accept payment using loyalty points. We are working on a way to integrate our systems to accommodate for this.

DELIVERY INFORMATION

We have a dedicated collection of staff across all of our longstanding locations that have volunteered to provide deliveries to those in their surrounding communities (Ryde, Newport, Shanklin, Cowes and Yarmouth). This enables us to provide an almost island-wide delivery service!

We offer Home Deliveries Monday to Friday. We do not deliver on Saturdays or Sundays. This is to give our bakers and delivery drivers a good rest!

If you order before 2:30pm we are able to deliver to you the next day. If you order after this time then we will deliver it the day after next. For example if you order on a Monday before 2:30pm it will be delivered on Tuesday. If you order on a Monday after 2:30pm it will be delivered on a Wednesday.

If you order on a Friday before 2:30pm it will be delivered on a Monday. If you order on a Friday after 2:30pm it will be delivered on a Tuesday.

We make all of our products to order for Home Delivery customers. Our baking takes place during the night so we aren’t able to do same day delivery. We will try to do next day delivery where possible. As it is all made to order you can guarantee that it will be freshly baked that morning!

At the moment we cannot guarantee a time slot for delivery. This is because this service is new for us and we’re still working out all the logistics as we go along! We try to get all of the orders packed and ready to be taken out for delivery by 10am.

All orders are packed at our bake house in Ryde. So our drivers start in Ryde before heading out across the Island. We suggest that you expect our delivery between midday and 5pm. If we have a lot of orders it takes longer for our drivers to get around.

If you would like an order to arrive by a specific time for a special occasion please get in touch with our office on (01983) 566868 and we will discuss with you some suggestions.

Our bakers need all their paperwork ready before 3:00pm so they can start their production and baking cycle. Our bakers work throughout the night to make sure that your order is fresh out of the oven the morning that it is delivered to you.

As our office is closed Saturday and Sunday we must make sure that Monday’s order paperwork is all ready for them on Friday before 3:00pm.

Yes! All of our delivery drivers are trained in providing contact free delivery. If you would like give any special instructions on where to leave your delivery or how to find your address you can do so at checkout. This will be a big help for when they come to deliver you order and to make sure you get your Grace’s food safe and sound.

All of our drivers carry high percentage alcohol gel and gloves in their vehicles.
