Mango and Apple Chutney

Our jam captures the flavours of the fruits and berries that we see growing around us in the fields and hedgerows on the sun blessed Isle of Wight. When in season we work with local growers in the Arreton valley to produce the ingredients for our Merstone kitchen. The harvest naturally enables us to promote favourites such as Strawberry and Hedgerow. The joy for our customers is a premium full flavoured experience. The quality of our fruit coupled with year round, small batch, artisan cooking means we have a brand to be proud of. Even when making our marmalade using oranges from further shores our techniques stay the same...and just to add a little bit of spice to all the fruitiness why not also enjoy a tickle from one of our tempting tingly chutneys?
