    Isle of Wight Honey

    Christine's honey is harvested from her apiaries across the Island, including St Helens, Ryde, Newport and Shorwell. The bees collect nectar from a radius of up to 3 miles from their hive. The honey from each apiary is extracted into buckets and each batch will have its own unique flavour and aroma depending on the time of year, the weather and what forage is available to the colony.
