    Award winning cheddar handmade with Guernsey Milk. Briddlesford Farm has developed a traditional cheddar recipe that suits their rich, creamy Guernsey milk. Briddlesford’s cheddar has lots of fruit up front, giving way to a rich and buttery, grassy finish. It has a mild nuttiness; the flavour sings of the wonderful milk from which it is made.

    Briddlesford Farm have been producing dairy products since their first 15 Guernsey Cows arrived with their Great-Grandfather Charles Griffin in 1923.

    Since then their herd has expanded to 140 cows (all direct decedents) along with their range of high quality dairy products.
