Blackberry Balsamic Dressing & Dip

There’s good reason why this oil-free dressing & dip is an award winner.  Rich, warm and evocative of long summer days, it tastes great with pan-fried partridge or venison.  Here’s what the judges said: “A great amount of blackberry on the nose, very well balanced with the balsamic not too acidic, leaving the blackberry to sing.  It excels as a fruit vinegar.”
